Mount Horeb Noon Meeting

March 9, 2022

In Attendance:

Yauchler, White, Burns, D., Burns, J., Wallitsch, F., Christiansen, Rooney, Ulrich, Grabe, Bollig, Zalucha

We started general discussions about Fundraisers.

10K location, will the Fire Station host us?
Golf Outing, we have raised as much as $4K in the past, people are looking forward to golfing.

We reviewed who is on what committee.

Community Grants is part of the International/Grants Committee.

Grant application is on line, click here. Applications are due April 10.
Notifications will be made on April 30th.
Checks will be handed out on June 29th which is a 5th Wednesday.
The committee will have $2000 to grant.
Does anyone know where the "BIG Check" is?

Each committee should review their membership lists and start creating their budget. Each committee should appoint their own Chair who will call meetings and keep things moving forward.

There was discussion on when to do the 10K...maybe even spring?

Liz joined the Membership, Diversity, PR & Social Committee
Mark joined the International Service, Community Grant Committee.
Paul, Erin and Frank joined the Fundraising Committee
